Celebrities are just like us – they love to cuddle with their canine companions, take them on long walks and bring them everywhere. Check out some awwwdorable dogs and their famous friends.

Charlize Theron and Tucker

Tucker is Theron’s fourth rescue – she has adopted three other dogs. The actress is a huge animal advocate who has spoken out against the fur trade and other animal welfare issues. She grew up on a farm in South Africa and was taught at a young age to show compassion for all animals.

George Clooney and Einstein

Clooney adopted his oldest dog, a Cocker Spaniel mix named Einstein, from a California shelter. Einstein was five when Clooney adopted him – an obese stray who was due to be put down hours later. Clooney fell for Einstein, though and treasured that he was already housetrained and had a great attitude.

Amanda Seyfried and Finn

Finn, Seyfried’s Australian Shepard rescue boasts his own posse of Twitter followers. Syfried and the pup have grown very close and she rarely leaves home without him. They even starred in a Best Friends Animal Society “Save Them All Campaign” promoting pet adoption.

Ice-T and Spartacus

The rapper turned Law & Order: Special Victims Unit actor is vocal about his advocacy to help animals in shelters to find forever homes. Their English Bulldog, Spartacus, is a cherished part of the family.

Jon Hamm and Cora

Hamm volunteers and sponsors a recue shelter in Los Angeles. It was there that he fell in love with Cora and took her home. Initially he went in with the idea of fostering her, but soon knew that he had to keep her. Hamm admits the Shepard mix has brought much light into his life and created a “sense of love and pride and all of those wonderful things.”
