Hello my name is Teresa,
I am Lead Client Service Specialist here at The Ranch. I remember back when I was hired on by Kim herself, I thought, “Wow what a wonderful company to be a part of!” I didn’t think I’d get the job because I didn’t have professional animal experience. Thankfully since I have excellent Customer Service experience I was given the opportunity to come work for Pawderosa as client service specialist. Shortly after I was promoted to Lead Client Service. I am very proud of my position, I have been a part of Pawderosa’s management team which has progressed in 2017 and I look forward to what is coming in 2018. I do my best daily to make sure every client’s experience with us is satisfactory. I always want our clients to be comfortable so I welcome them to come visit either location and check out the facility and the amazing staff we have. We take pride in what we do here and we treat your fur baby like they are our own.

What’s your favorite time of the year at the ranch?
The Holidays! This is the busiest time of year for us and I enjoy hearing about where our clients will be traveling. I love hearing how much they appreciate all of the services that we offer here at Pawderosa and that they can rest assured their babies are taken care of while they are away. It makes me happy when I can accommodate the needs of their fur baby and their budget.
Tell me about your pets at home?
I have 3 male furbabies. Duke is my 10 year old Black and Tan Dachshund who has grown to be my little Old Man! He just loves to Play Ball, Eat and Sleep!! Ozzy is my 8 year old Long Haired Red Sable Dachshund who is my cuddle bug toddler. If he isn’t cuddling with me he is off playing at Pawderosa in the pools and trying to catch everything that moves! Then there is Milo our 5 year old Silver Yorkie. He is technically my daughters dog and he acts just like a teenager. He is not afraid to let you know what he needs or doesn’t need, smart little tator tot!
What’s your favorite thing about the Ranch?
Gosh there is so much. I love working for Kim and Mike, I love feeling that I am valued in the company. The Management team we have, and all of the staff. We are very family orientated and it is such a great feeling to be a part of. I love all the events we do. Also I have to mention our amazing clients who spoil us with their laughter, hugs, stories, goodies and of course bringing their fur babies to us. I love seeing those furry faces in the morning and getting those wet kisses!
