We will begin renovating our Pawderosa Ranch airport location in January 2017. Construction will commence at the beginning of next year, and the team couldn’t be more excited. The new facilities and upgraded features have been about a year in the making.
The site planning and schematic design is all worked out and we’re refining the details. In the meantime, our team wanted to share with you all of the latest developments in anticipation of this momentous occasion. Here’s a bit about what our guests have to look forward to…

David Bogle, owner at Syncro Architecture Studio, has been helping us develop our new Pawderosa plan every step of the way.
“From the very beginning, Mike and Kim were interested in the project being sustainable. We are designing it to be naturally lit and are focused on using recycled, durable materials. The character of the space will remain intimate and cozy – a home away from home for your dog.
I’m most excited about the natural light and the well-manicured outdoor play areas that will include interactive splash pads and play mounds.”
With these additional accommodations and amenities, our goal is to stimulate our guests both physically and mentally with a variety of new scents, smells and offerings. We continue to uphold our central focus of catering to your canine’s needs while you are away while ensuring the utmost in comfort and security.
