About this Pet Tech® Member:
Amanda has been in the pet industry since 2009. After she graduated from Triple Crown Dog Training Academy in Hutto, TX, she moved to Ohio to pursue her dog training career. There, she worked for a local shelter where she created and implemented training classes and also trained the long-term residents of the shelter. She also developed a dog walking program that they still use to this day.
After spending too much time away from Texas, Amanda came back in 2014 and found Pawderosa Ranch. She started working as a Care Specialist in the kennel and has made her way to become General Manager over all three Pawderosa locations. She enjoys teaching the Pawderosa Team about dog behavior/enrichment and has now added CPR and First Aid. She is thrilled to be offering this important information to our Team and our Clients!
Amanda is married to her husband, Brian and they have 2 human children, Adeline & Brigid. They also have a pitbull mix, Clover, and a cat named Echo.
